Inquiring with Mabuhay Austin, you will receive a quote for your event or service through Honeybook, which is my main booking Platform. Upon receiving an estimate, there will be opportunities to make adjustments to fit your needs. When you are ready to book, you pay a 50% deposit to secure your date on my calendar. The price includes menu development, groceries, preparation, menu execution and cleaning up after your event.
Seven days before your event, we will connect to discuss further details and expectations to send a first draft menu proposal and will be perfected to your liking. The day of your event, I will be arriving 60-90 minutes before your first plates are served.
I then present you with your final invoice which you pay while I clean, similar to a restaurant setting.

Potential clients are encouraged to view my instagram page (@mabuhayaustin) to get an idea of what my food looks like. I mostly specialize in Asian-Fusion, however open to cooking other cuisines.
